How might I reduce my experience of overwhelm and anxiety when dealing with big complex projects or too many projects?
If I intentionally increase and track my use of leaning in and handshake practices in meditation, then I’ll experience less overwhelm / anxiety in my work situation. (I might also notice an objective shift in work efficiency, improved sleep, diet, and exercise.)
Every day during for one week, Mark will meditate. He will incorporate lean in and handshake practices.
Meditation Practice Score Daily. Write Short sentence about overwhelm and anxiety level at end of the week, unless I notice something earlier--(shifts gradually, what is general trend). May also comment on objective shift in work efficiency, improved sleep and diet.
Trust my practice not my feelings.Writing down a reminder of the things I can do and having it on my altar to remind me.When I have my practice, I was craving less caffeine. Had familiar learnings before yet don’t always apply them.
List on my altar of things that are good for me. Take list with me when I’m headed on the road.
Is there some way I can send myself a daily reminder to fill out the documentation? (eg get a calendar invite to send an alert with the link to the design document, that gets delivered when I’m online, mid day- as a .)
